The challenge
Premier Storage relied on a highly customised X-Cart platform which had become outdated and difficult to maintain. They needed to integrate systems like Sage (accounting) and Zoho CRM, while handling intense dropshipping competition that demanded agile inventory and order management.
Complex price updates, fragmented order handling across multiple touch points and limited experimentation for sales optimisation were putting constraints on their growth. They needed:
